SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Timeframes:
UAE: 1–3 business days maximum
GCC: 3–7 business days
International: 5–10 business days (Delays may occur due to customs processes or logistical issues within the destination country.)
Transparent Pricing (GCC & International):
For most GCC and international orders, prices are inclusive of duties and VAT, ensuring no hidden charges upon delivery.
Tracking: Once the order has been shipped out of the UAE for international and GCC orders, the tracking details will be provided by our delivery team.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Final Sale: Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, most purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
